IMEROPEX (the "Company") has developed a disruptive virtual reality and business intelligence (VR as a Service, or VRaaS) product that addresses serious and huge pain points in a massive market: crisis risk prevention and mitigation in both private and public markets. The Company's platform helps crisis managers anticipate risks while determining optimum mitigation strategies via the use of AI and patent pending multi-sensory simulation technology.

The Company is currently raising $1.5 million for product development and growth through the planning and execution of a significant security deployment in Texas.

Huge Market

IMEROPEX serves a huge market with significant pain points: the $132.4 Billion Crisis Management Market. Target customers include public and private crisis/emergency managers; first responders; private security firms; and crisis management insurance brokers and underwriters.

Differentiators

The Company's VRaaS Product offers a unique and differentiated fully immersive and integrated “Full Dive” VR experience provided by its Full Dive Virtual Reality Units (FDVUs). Competitors such as Google, Apple, Meta, Microsoft, etc. are all developing and marketing selected VR system components such as headsets, treadmills, haptic gloves, body suits, and game engines but none are currently offering a fully immersive and integrated “Full Dive” VR experience on a delivered "as a Service" model.

World Class Team

The IMEROPEX team includes software/hardware engineers, mathematicians, and medical professionals with over ten decades of VR development, modeling and simulation, and data science experience.

The Investment

The Company is currently raising $1.5 million for product development and execution of a significant pilot event with a major customer. Minimum investment size is $100,000. The Company's founder has personally invested $500,000 to date.

Strong Traction

IMEROPEX is a member of the Microsoft Startup Hub and has secured $200K in engineering support and cloud computing credits. The Company has executed a term sheet and SOW with KiwiTech for collaborative development and has verbal commitments from two investors. The Company is implementing a beachhead pilot project, a significant security project with the State of Texas, which will then be expanded to other jurisdictions.
